2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction upon the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.220 of 2020(6) dt.02-09-2024 2/3 Chairman Bihar State Madrasa Education Board Patna to carry out the proceeding of the Board dated 14.10.2019 and also for quashing the notification whereby and whereunder 1127 recognized Madrasas have been directed to get their Managing Committee registered under the Trust or the Society under the Society Registration Act and also for other ancillary reliefs.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Chairman, Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, Patna (respondent no.8) for redressal of his grievances (Annexure-19), but till date, neither any appropriate action was taken nor any information in this regard has been given to the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, in my view, no useful purpose would be served keeping this writ application pending.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Administrator/Chairman of Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, Patna to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. It is made clear that the concerned respondent shall
