JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and APP for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2018 for the offence under Section 37 (C ) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 341, 323, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 9.7.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 9.7.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after 9.10.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2018.
