JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 dated 23.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 447, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. For preventing the petitioner and others from urinating near the dilapidated house of the informant, an occurrence is stated to have taken place in which the informant has been assaulted by the petitioner and others. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. He has further submitted that the
