Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 10.07.2018 (Annexure-3) and 11.07.2018 (Annexure-3/1) passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 3777 of 2018 and 38982 of 2018 respectively. Petitioner is a man of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Danapur, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018.
