The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 400 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in course of patrolling duty, informant received the information from the Officer-in-Charge, Paliganj Police Station, to the effect that person holding mobile no. 6202752731 is quarreling in his family in village Dharahra, then, the informant, along with other police personnel, reached there and saw that some persons were engaged in causing assault to a person surrounding him. The informant and other police personnel tried to save that person, then, all persons, who were causing assault, attacked on the informant and tried to snatch the fire arm of the Constable. In that course, one person bite to Ravi Ranjan Kumar and also torn his uniform. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83633 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 disclosed his name Take Narayan Bind (petitioner) and also disclosed the names of his associates as Ganauri Kumar and Virdha Kumari who were quarreling with Ravi Shankar Raja, son of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner was in the Army and after his retirement, he is posted as Constable in Jharkhand State and on the date of occurrence he had come at his house due to some mistake done by his son Ravi Shankar Raja he was quarreling with him, but, he was apprehended by the police with false allegation and he is in custody since 30.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paliganj P.S.
