JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Video Conferencing. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 64385 of 2019, whereby and whereunder, the opposite party no. 2, namely, Abhishekh Kumar, husband of the petitioner, was allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Aurangabad (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Aurangabad.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7674 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the informant of Aurangabad (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 and at the time of hearing of aforesaid Criminal Misc. No. 64385 of 2019, she was not present and by placing some wrong facts, opposite party no.2, Abhishekh Kumar, succeeded to get privilege of pre-arrest bail by this Court.
