By order dated 17-02-2020, the petitioner No. 3 has been granted provisional anticipatory bail.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner No. 3 that he has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against him. The petitioner No. 3 has falsely been implicated in the present case due to petty family dispute. The petitioner No. 3 is husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87292 of 2019(3) dt.23-08-2021 2/2 complainant/victim.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner No. 3 is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner No. 3, above named, by order dated 17-02-2020 is, hereby confirmed.

If so advised, either of the parties will be at liberty to make an application before the Court below for referring the matter to the District Mediation Centre for the purpose of reconciliation or one time settlement.
