JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 379, 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is accusation against the petitioners that they demanded extortion money from the informant but from perusal of the complaint, it appears that there is land dispute between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87021 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
