2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 484 of 2025 instituted under Sections 137(2) and 140(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was in a relationship with the petitioner. She has returned and given her statement that she has eloped with the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89874 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2026 2/2 before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif/ concerned Court in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 484 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
