The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.214 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the disclosure made by the co-accused that the petitioner was one of the accomplices in commission of the offence of murder, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
