Petitioner, apprehends his arrest registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant in his written complaint has alleged that his nephew on 31.07.2019 at about 3:00 P.M., was called by petitioner to irrigate his paddy field and thereafter he did not return and when he went into the paddy field, he found his nephew lying dead due to electrocution and suspected that due to reckless act of the petitioner he died of electrocution. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on account of animosity and suspicion. Informant is not an eye-

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on prearrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
