JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-11-2018 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 01.07.2017, passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22237 of 2017 to the extent that he may be given further time to surrender before the court below and seek bail.

By order dated 01.07.2017, the petitioner was granted bail subject to his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, when it was directed that he would be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for extending the time for surrendering before the court below is allowed.

The order dated 01.07.2017 is modified to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56125 of 2018(2) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 extent that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for bail within four weeks of the present order, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court below.

The other conditions imposed in the order dated 01.07.2017 shall subsist.

With the aforesaid observation, the modification application is disposed off.
