2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(1), 126(2), 115(2), 308(3), 109(1), 303(2), 324(2) and 351(2) of BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has assaulted Sandesh Sah.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR, it is clear that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. No.3119 of 2026(3) dt.31-03-2026 2/2 transpire that the injured has received four injuries and out of which, three are simple in nature and injury no. 2 which is swelling over wrist and thumb caused by hard and blunt substance, is said to be grievous in nature but the same is bailable in nature. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 06.10.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 708 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Siwan.
