JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45483 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that inadvertently in the cause title of the bail petition the name of petitioner no.1 has been mentioned as 'Sudhir Singh' in place of 'Sudhir Singh @ Sudhir Kumar Singh'. It has further been submitted that father's name of petitioner no.2, namely, 'Vikaram Singh' has been mentioned in place of 'Viran Singh' and, accordingly, the same has been incorporated in the order dated 13.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45483 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail petition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55199 of 2018(2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 in course of the day.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the order dated 13.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45483 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the name of petitioner no.1 in the cause title of the bail petition be read as " Sudhir Singh @ Sudhir Kumar Singh " in place of "Sudhir Singh". The order dated 13.8. 2018 is further modified to the extent that in the cause title of the bail petition the father's name of petitioner no.2 be read as " Viran Singh" in place of " Vikaram Singh"

In such circumstances, four week's further time is granted to the petitioners from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender in the Court below in connection with Mali P.S. case no. 25 of 2018, pending in the court of C.J.M. Aurangabad and in that event the petitioners will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned under order dated 13.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45483 of 2018. This Cr. Misc. petition is allowed.
