The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chanan Ps Case No.119/19 dated 19.8.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Case is under Section 302/34 of the IPC with respect to murder of the brother of the informant and it is said that the miscreants went towards the hill in the east by shouting slogans. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement of the co-accused there is absolutely nothing against him. He is in custody since 11.10.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. He has no criminal

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the police has found the petitioner also the member of the Moist, however, he has considered that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against him. . Having heard both sides and considering the submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S.case No.119 of 2019 dated 19.8.2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
