JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings as provided for under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition the respondents have preferred an appeal challenging the award dated

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate proceedings for execution of the award as provided for under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
