The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khodawandpur P.S.Case No.30 of 2018 registered for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354 and 504 of the IPC.

It has been submitted that the allegation of assault is omnibus against the petitioner and also a counter has been lodged by the petitioner bearing SC/ST P.S.Case No.05 of 2018 against the informant. The injury report annexed as Annexure-2 shows that the injured sustained simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Manjhaul, District-Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S.Case No.30 of 2018.
