The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No.1200 of 2018 arising out of Piro P.S. Case No.255 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise ct, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of total 570.2 litres of liquor from the vehicle and petitioner is said to be owner and driver of the vehicle.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that four persons were present and other three persons have fled away at the spot. Petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is custody since 26.07.2018.
