By filing the present application, the petitioner has invoked extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order dated 27.03.2019 (G.R. Case No. 08 of 2018), whereunder, Sri Vikash Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani on perusal of the materials available in the case diary summoned the accusedpetitioners finding prima facie case under Sections 341, 323,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84973 of 2019 dt.10-01-2020 2/2 325, 354(A), 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code 3.

On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to raise his points before the trial Court as raised before this Court at appropriate stage.
