ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 16.10.2019 in connection with Excise Case No.929 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they had come visiting to the house of the father-in-law of accused No.1 where they were apprehended. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners are not

No.87362 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 having any criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IX-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Excise Case No.929 of 2019.
