06-10-2020 Heard Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Ajay Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85587 of 2019(8) dt.06-10-2020 2/3 arrest in connection with Goreyakothi P. S. Case No. 142 of 2019 dated 12.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been made accused in this case only because of their standing in special relation as against the husband of the deceased. The petitioners are the parents-in-law, brother-in-law and unmarried sisterin-law of the deceased. The deceased stayed separately with her husband and the family had no concern with the petitioners.

Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction, has submitted that the husband of the deceased has surrendered before the court below yesterday.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners and taking into account the fact that the

No.85587 of 2019(8) dt.06-10-2020 3/3 husband of the deceased is in custody, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Siwan in connection with Goreyakothi P. S. Case No. 142 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
