Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Informant who is a Chaukidar has stated that on an information he reached at the said place and found two dead bodies and one motor cycle thereafter he informed S.H.O. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is not named in FIR and there is no any incriminating material against the petitioner. He is in custody since 14.06.2018.
