The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kotwali P.S. Case No.152 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.1737 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that coaccused Jyoti Das with same and similar allegation has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 02.09.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.4730 of 2020. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner undertakes to abide by the conditions as enumerated in the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4111 of 2020(4) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 whereby the co-accused has been granted bail. Considering the facts that similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail and the undertaking given by the petitioner to abide by the conditions enumerated in order granting bail to the co-accused, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, subject to the condition that the petitioner has to deposit Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten lacs) through demand draft by 15.12.2021. On depositing the amount of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten lacs), the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within two months from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

1,00,000/-(Rupees One lac) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.152 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.1737 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. Deposit of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees ten lacs) through demand draft shall abide by the final outcome of the instant criminal case.
