The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Rail P.S. Case No.127 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner was apprehended while carrying 27 liters of liquor on railway platform for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.07.2018. The petitioner has remained in jail for two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Siwan Rail P.S.
