Petitioner seeks bail in Farbesganj P.S. Case No. 535/17 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of I.P.C.. Allegation is of theft of motor cycle of the informant. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but later on his name transpired on suspicion.
