Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323, 324, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he as well as others assaulted the deceased by means of iron rod. The post mortem report of deceased corroborates the aforesaid allegation and, therefore, considering the aforesaid circumstance as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Laukaha P.S.Case No. 98 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st
