JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nawada (Bundel Khand )P.S.Case No.539 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 420 and 287 of the IPC and Sections 190(1)(2)(3), 191 and 192 of the M.V. Act.

Both the petitioners have filed this anticipatory bail petition before this Court for the second time. Their anticipatory bail prayer was earlier rejected by this Court on 01.02.2018 in Cr.Misc.No.56294 of 2017.

It has been submitted that these petitioners are labourers having no concern with the manufacturing of illegal vehicles as alleged in the FIR. They are neither named in the FIR nor there is any incriminating material against them. The other co-accuseds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62136 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 have been allowed anticipatory bail by another benches of this Court and so this petitioner be also given same priviledge. On going through the impugned order and material on record, I find that the anticipatory bail prayer of these two petitioners has already been rejected considering the submissions made on their behalf and so I am not inclined to reconsider their prayer for fresh. Prayer is rejected.
