In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.312 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is direct allegation petitioner no.1 to have inflicted Garasha blow on the head of the informant. No direct allegation has been made against the petitioner nos. 2 and 3. Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner nos. 2 and 3, namely, Nitish Kumar Singh and Rekha Devi, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58923 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case no.312 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

So far the bail of petitioner no.1 is concerned, the same is rejected.
