====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 411, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner whereas theft motorcycle has been recovered from other co-accused persons. Petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61011 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016.
