This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bairiya P.S.Case No.318 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of 01 country-made pistol as well as cartridges from the possessions of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is of false implication having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than 2 1⁄2 months. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84183 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 bail to the petitioner at this stage .

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
