Mr.Sanjay Kumar Sharma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sherghati P. S. Case No.266 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC.

There is allegation of snatching of motorcycle, petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., later on his name was transpired on the confessional statement of four other accused persons.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against him and no recovery has been made from his possession. He is in custody for about six months.

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the petitioner is also an accused of four

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati, Gaya P. S. Case No. 266 of 2019, with condition that after release, he has to appear before the police station of his local area in the first week of each month, for a period of nine months, so that the police may watch his conduct. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.S.P., Gaya for needful.
