The petitioner seeks bail in Amas P. S. Case No. 125/18 instituted for the offence under Section 412/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that two persons were caught by the police on the date of occurrence namely, Subham and Pinku Kumar and Rs. 2.50 lakhs has been recovered . It is further alleged that about 7 miscreants have looted about 25 lakhs from the worker of Toll Plaza. The name of this petitioner has come during investigation and raid has been conducted in the house of the petitioner and Rs. 50,000/- has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59610 of 2018(4) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Petitioner has been arrested on 27.5.2018 and since then he is in custody. He has clean antecedent. It has been submitted that there is no T.I.P. held of the petitioner till date. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Amas P. S. Case No. 125/18 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
