Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 304B, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because she is Gotni of the deceased. Petitioner was separate in mess and business from the deceased. Moreover, the allegation levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.06.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
