JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 369 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that two live cartridges and one Mobile phone have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
