The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P. S. Case No. 619 of 2019 dated 17.09.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the younger brother of the husband of the deceased and the sister-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific accusation against the petitioners. The husband of the deceased is stated to be in custody (paragraph 8 of the petition).

This was not to the liking of her husband and he always, according to the information of the petitioners, pressurized her to resign from her job. This always used to lead to a quarrel between the spouses and on one fateful day, frustrated with the aforesaid fight with her husband, the deceased committed suicide.

In any view of the matter, in the absence of any specific accusation against the petitioners and taking into account the fact that the husband of the deceased is in custody, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
