Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Cae No. 250 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379,341,323,307,354,447 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that due to subsisting land disputes between the parties, he has falsely been implicated in the instant case. The injury report also records the injuries to be simple in nature.

The learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. It is submitted that after dumping garbage on the informant's land, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of a bat upon objection being raised by the informant.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
