Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner with regard to firing. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38667 of 2018. petitioner is
