Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.10.2019.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant which caused injury on his hand. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the injury is on the hand of the informant, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86416 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 50,000 (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-IV, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018.
