The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case got initiated on the basis of written report of Tuntun Kumar submitted before the Station House Officer, Mufassil Adarsh Police Station, Begusarai is to the effect that on 07.06.2019 at about 1.00 A.M. in the night, the coaccused, Balram Rai, being neighbour of the informant enticied

It is alleged that the petitioner also facilitated the commission of the offence. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against co-accused, Balram Rai, the brother of the petitioner. Moreover, the victim has filed an affidavit before the learned Court below that she on her own, has performed marriage with co-accused, Balram Rai and she is aged about 20 years. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

It is submitted by learned APP for the State that the petitioner has facilitated in commission of the offence. Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation is against co-accused, Balram Rai and statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai, in connection with
