Petitioner seeks bail in Jamalpur PS Case No. 120 of 2017 registered under Sections 354A of the IPC and Section 4 of Pocso Act.
It is submitted by Counsel for the petitioner that due to some illness he was compelled to be absent in the court on 19.7.2018 and that the absence is bonafide. On 2.8.2018 he had voluntarily surrendered before the court below. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that earlier the petitioner had been allowed bail under the order dated 9.11.2017, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed subject to the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 9.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52712 of 2017.
