08-10-2018 Heard Sri Saroj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Fahimuddin, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition, apprehending his arrest in Karagahar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 30(a), 35 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, rather in the case from an abandoned hut, recovery of 8.6 liter of Indian make foreign liquor was shown and on suspicion, petitioner has been made accused.

No.62117 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner is having clean antecedent and nature of accusation, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Kamta Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Karagahar P.S.
