The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The owners of the motorcycles have got no grievance against the petitioner and they have not filed any case for theft of their motorcycles. Both the motorcycles are of Amresh Kumar and Ramesh Prasad, who are cousin brothers of the petitioner and they had purchased the respective motorcycles from the original owners after obtaining no objection certificate. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86721 of 2019(3) dt.19-03-2020 2/2 having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 28.09.2019. Regard being had to the submissions made above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019.
