JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Mufffasil (Singhaul) P.S.Case No. 519 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This case relates to murder of niece of the informant and petitioner is not named in the FIR but later on his name transpired on the basis of his self-confession. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for three months, charge sheet has been submitted and except his self-confession which has been taken in connection with other case there is nothing against him and he is ready to co-operate in disposal of the trial. Heard learned APP also.
