In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No.90 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation has been made that huge quantity of liquor has been recovered from the northern room of the Bathan, which was in possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and has nothing to do with the liquor. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is
