Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide order daed 22.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33949 of 2019. There is allegation against the petitioner also of stabbing the son of the petitioner causing his death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that five witnesses have been examined but they have not supported the prosecution case, however, he has admitted that still some witnesses remained to be examined. Heard learned APP.

Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial so as to conclude the trial within a period of six months and if the trial is not concluded for six months, the
