The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Masrakh P.S.Case No.506 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 354(B) and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. Section 37(c) of the Bihar Excise Act. As per the prosecution case, petition came in the drunken condition and tried to outrage the modesty of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to land dispute, petitioner has been implicated in this case. Petitioner is own Bhaisur of the informant and he is in custody since 22.11.2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.851 of 2020(3) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IInd Addl. Sessions Judgecum- Special Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Masrakh P.S.Case No.506 of 2019.
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
