JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 520 of 2018 arising out of Paliganj P.S.Case No. 239 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner as per F.I.R. is of killing the deceased and her dead body has been concealed for purpose of the grab her landed property.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and nothing has been found against the petitioner to proof his conviction and he is in custody since 02.05.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64413 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. who opposes the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Danapur in Sessions Trial No. 520 of 2018 arising out of Paliganj P.S.Case No. 239 of 2015 giving rise to G.R. No. 4982 of 2015, subject to the following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
