The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019, registered under Sections 401, 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that regarding theft of mobile set Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 326 of 2018 was instituted and the SIM of that mobile was put on surveillance and in that course, it was detected that the gang which has stolen the mobile set is also involved in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019, 160 of 2019 and 152 of 2019 and that gang is in touch of Suresh Kumar Soni and Sanjay Seth. Thereafter, the informant along with other Police personnel reached in village-Chilibili then 8 to 10 persons started to flee away, but on chase, five persons,

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and mere on suspicion, he has been apprehended in this case along with others. The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
