The petitioner has approached this Court against the decision the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. Admittedly, there is a provision for appeal against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.406 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 decision of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority before the State Appellate Authority. In view of the alternative efficacious remedy in the nature of appeal before the State Appellate Authority, the present writ application is disposed of to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

In the event, the petitioner files appeal along with a copy of this order within one month from today, the State Appellate Authority will decide the same on its own merit after condoning the delay, if any, in filing the appeal. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
