Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 20.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 372 of 2020. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
